A: No. One subscription to each PSMWriter© element can only be used for one facility, but it can be used for all of the processes at that facility.
A: Yes. PSMWriter© is a Microsoft Access product and therefore is very compatible with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Reports can also easily be converted into PDF files. By exporting into MS Excel, you can “drill down” deeper into the data and create specialized reports and statistical information.
A: We designed PSMWriter© to be very intuitive and easy-to-use. We created this product from the end user’s perspective and you will appreciate the consistency among all the Writers.
A: Registration takes only a few minutes. You can get started adding process information right away. The product is accessed over a secure connection on the web, so there is no need to worry about installation of software.
A: Intel® Pentium® III or later processor or compatible, 800 MHz or higher. Microsoft Windows Vista®, Microsoft Windows XP® (Professional, Home Edition, or Tablet PC Edition with SP1 or SP2) or Windows 2000 Professional. Microsoft® Office® with Microsoft Access® ver. 2007, or ability to download MS Access RunTime 2007, and Microsoft Word® ver. 2003 or newer. Note: You can download a free version of Microsoft Access 2007 RunTime if you do not own Microsoft Access.
A: PSMWriter© can be accessed anywhere on the web with multiple people having access.
