A: No. One seat of PSMWriter© can only be used for one facility, but it can be used for all of the processes at that facility. However, we do offer discounts on multiples seats.
A: Yes. PSMWriter© is a Microsoft Access product and therefore is very compatible with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Reports can also easily be converted into PDF files. By exporting into MS Excel, you can “drill down” deeper into the data and create specialized reports and statistical information.
A: We designed PSMWriter© to be very intuitive and easy-to-use. If you are familiar with other Microsoft Office applications, you will pick up PSMWriter© very quickly. We created this software from the end user’s perspective and you will appreciate the consistency among all the Writers.
A: Software installation takes only a few minutes. You can easily download it from the Resource Compliance Web site and start adding your data quickly.
A: Intel® Pentium® III or later processor or compatible, 800 MHz or higher. Microsoft Windows Vista®, Microsoft Windows XP® (Professional, Home Edition, or Tablet PC Edition with SP1 or SP2) or Windows 2000 Professional. Microsoft® Office® with Microsoft Access® ver. 2007, or ability to download MS Access RunTime 2007, and Microsoft Word® ver. 2003 or newer. Note: You can download a free version of Microsoft Access 2007 RunTime if you do not own Microsoft Access.
A: PSMWriter© can be run on a server with multiple people having access. We do caution end users that MS Access is not truly a server-based application. Microsoft created SQL Server specifically for this reason. If you do wish to run this program on your server, we suggest that you limit the number of users and create regular (daily) backups of this software in the event of data corruption.
